Competitive Team Gymnastics
Welcome to the competitive heart of Gem State Gymnastics. Our gym is home to three dynamic team programs: XCEL, Women's Development Program (DP), and Men's Development Program (DP). What sets us apart is our unique family approach - at Gem State, boys and girls train side-by-side, creating an energetic and supportive environment for all our athletes.
Our XCEL program offers a flexible competitive path, while our Women's and Men's DP teams provide rigorous training for dedicated gymnasts aiming for high-level achievement. Regardless of the program, all our team members are part of the larger Gem State family.
This integrated approach fosters a strong sense of community, mutual respect, and shared success. Our athletes motivate each other, celebrate victories together, and provide unwavering support through challenges. At Gem State, you're not just joining a team - you're becoming part of a gymnastics family that spans across all our competitive programs.
